IMO powinieneś wywalić co zbędne progsy (!!!!!) oczyścić dyski (!!!!) ze wszelakiego śmiecia (tempy itp, pliki internetowe, etc.) i dopiero zaczynaj walkę na nowo. Ja bym się zainteresował BIOSem i nowymi sterownikami od mikroukładu płyty głównej i USB. Sprawdź w menadżerze urządzeń jak widzi to urządzenie. podłącz i nie przeglądając zawartości przejdź do menadżera. Sprawdź tam przy okazji stan protów USB.
Ostatnio miałem problem ze BIOSem do mojego Gigabyte. Dali na oficjalnej stronie jako testowy (wersja BETA). Niby ulepszony a okazało się że 75% portów USB poleciało. Po prostu nie było pod nimi napięcia. Powrót do starej oficjalnej (nie BETA) wersji rozwiązał problem.
