proszę o pomoc–explorer+trojan+ sprawdzenie loga
witam wszystkich!
przejrzałam forum i FAQ i nie znalazłem odpowiedzi na mój problem w związku z tym prosze o pomoc. Kiedy otwieram jakomkolwiek aplikacje związaną z winxp (moje dokumenty, mój komputer itp) pojawiają sie komunikaty odnoszące się do explorer.exe i aplikacja zostaje zamknięta po czym następuje jakby restart pulpitu i wszystko jest ok aź znowu nie próbuje otworzyć aplikacji związanej z winxp.
Na dodatek ostatnio Norton wykrył 'Trojan.Mitglieder'w C:WINDOWS\system32\Ldr64.dll którego nie mogę usunąć nawet w trybie awaryjnym.przeskanowałam komp programem hijackthis,log pokazuje ten plik O20 – Winlogon Notify: ldr64 – C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ldr64.dll
następnie loga wkleiłam na stronie i po analizie na czerwono wykrzyknikiem jest F2 – REG:system.ini: Shell=explorer.exe
proszę o pomoc jestem laikiem w tych sprawach z góry dziękuję za pomoc :( :( :( to jest mój log
