Niechciane programy

Witajcie

Wiem źe sa na ten temat juź posty, ale ja nie wime jak zrobić to co w nich radzicie itd.

Tak więc chwile po zainstalowaniu nowego Windowsa XP z SP1 uwtorzył mi sie na partycji C: folder temp z takim plikiem m.in jak salm.exe a dodatkowo zaisntalowały mi się jakies programy typu 180searchAssistant, Internet Optimizer itd. Jezeli klikne aby je usnąć to wyskakują mi 3 okienka i nic z tego. Jak je usunąć?? Jak usunąć programy typu salm tak aby nie powróciły więcej. Wiem źe jakieś wpisy mam usunąć ale jak to się robi? Jezeli wkleje loga z programu Hijack This to pomoźecie co usunąć????
