Log z Silent Runners HELP !!!

Mam problem, cały czas mi wyskakują jakieś strony typu www.pay.. www.a–d–w–a–r–e–... Wszedłem na stronę, z której kiedyś programy ściągałem i takie coś mi się zrobiło;( Załączam Log z Silent Runners( usunąłem juź kilka virusów)

PS Myślisz, źe pisanie kilku postów pod sobą to dobry pomysł ?? Ten przycisk "Zmień" rzeczywiście nie jest widoczny ??
