Mam spory problem z BSOD

Moj komp pokazuje mi takie komunikaty z BSOD

Moja płyta głowna została wymieniona na GIGABYTE GA-7VASMFS KT600

pamięci testowane memtestem nie wykazują żadnych błędów to samo z dyskiem jednak po godzinie pracy lub 2 wyskakuje mi taki błąd co robić by wszystko wróciło do normalnego stanu ????
