I am sending this urgent email out ahead of the October 2004 newsletter...

Basically my domain name updatexp.com has been "hijacked" by another person!

They managed to falsely impersonate me and registered my domain name with another registrar!

So far they have NOT pointed the domain name at another website so you can still access the site AND I can still receive email...

HOWEVER that may change!

Thankfully they can NOT actually change my site in any way BUT they can change where it points to...

Frankly this is turning into a NIGHTMARE....!!!

With one click of a mouse this man can boot me offline...

And it gets worse....

I contacted godaddy.com as this man has registered my domain with them. BUT they inform me that there is NOTHING they can do to stop him!!!

I will have to pay for a lawyer to get a court order to force them to give me back MY domain!

And you can guess how many THOUSANDS of dollars THAT is going to cost me!

I am just one guy who try's to help the online community with FREE advice and then this happens...

So if my site suddenly disappears – YOU will KNOW why!

I still can not believe this, but that's life sometimes... ONLY this year seems to have been much harder than most with my wife's accident and other serious family illness.

...tell them that you feel it is unfair that someone can hijack a domain, register it with them and that their company policy is that they can NOT do anything without a court order!

You never know, it MAY help me?
