"
I keep receiving a .NET–BroadcastEventWindow application error in an
application whenever I close an application that I'm writing. The error is
".NET–BroadcastEventWindow.1.0.5000.0.4: {appname} – Application Error".
The error started popping up when I added an AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser control
to my C# application. Other than this error when I shut down the app, the
app runs normally and is fully functional. Has anyone run across this error
and are there any fixes/work–arounds?
I have seen this error as well. I don't see it all the time. I am also
using the AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser browser control. Maybe this bit of
information is usefull for the folks at Microsoft to pin–point this problem.
Mine is a VB.NET Windows Form application.
So far I have searched in google and microsoft and have found no fix or work
around for this problem.
Any information on this would be very much appreciated!"

We did have the exact issue on our clients.
Q: What caused it?
A: The merge module was installing different version of the crqe.dll than we had in the .net project reference. We copied the developer's crqe.dll on the client and did not have problems after that.
Q: The difference?
A: The developer's crqe.dll came from full fledge installation of Crystal Reports.
czyli o co im biega? :)
